Shipping

Production may take 1-2 weeks. Most of these products are made on demand. After the production, please allow 1-2 weeks to process the shipping. Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Thank you for your respect and patience.

(We do not ship outside of the United States, yet. All service is domestic within the United States.)

When it is the holiday season, it may require extra production time because of the demand for these products. We will inform you if extra time is needed.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No exchanges are allowed. We do not accept any returns unless it is at the fault of DAI, meaning we will only accept exchanges if the product was damaged or if you received the wrong item. If so, email us at daithebrand18@gmail.com. We will do our best to make sure that you are satisfied as our customer.
